Summary role description:

Hiring for a Client Partner - Healthcare and Life Sciences (HLS) vertical for a top tier global Systems Integration, IT Services, Digital Solutions and Consulting services company.

Our client is a tenured, global provider of a wide range of domain-driven technology solutions encompassing Digital Solutions, Consulting and IT Services, Package Implementation, Managed IT Services, smart technology platforms and much more. They have a proud record of building vertical platforms with high-end digital technologies (built on Analytics & AI / ML, cloud, IIoT and emerging technologies) wrapped around core business applications, for multiple domains, including Healthcare and Life Sciences.

Role details:

- Title / Designation: Client Partner - HLS

- Position: Director / Senior Director

- Reporting Manager: AVP & BU Head - HLS

- Location: Bengaluru, India (Hybrid)

Role & responsibilities:

- Collaborate with service lines, the HC practice team and delivery teams to consultatively sell, cross-sell and upsell company's differentiated business technology solutions to Healthcare / Pharma / Med-devices clients (GICs / GCCs, and HLS line of business companies), to help them achieve their business goals.

- Contribute to the development, presentation and sales of relevant value propositions, leveraging knowledge of one or more of the LS business functions - commercials, manufacturing, or R&D

- Contribute to strategic plans that help expand company presence in the client accounts, aligning with clients' business priorities., providing demonstrable contributions to account growth


- Align with account delivery to ensure client challenges / issues are addressed and escalations are avoided or minimized.

- Build and leverage relationships with client stakeholders at various levels, including interacting and selling to their senior executive teams (Sr. Dir, AVP, VP, etc.)

- Propose actions to improve company performance and identify opportunities for growth.

- Support, review processes, provide feedback and identify areas of opportunity.

- Ideate with service line leads and contribute to knowledge artefacts and deliverables like white papers, PoCs and such, in specific area of expertise (commercial, manufacturing or R&D).

- Prepare proposals and estimates for the design and implementation of IT systems.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers, acting as a trusted advisor to help them achieve their business objectives.

- Participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote MS and allied solutions and build brand awareness.

- Travel on business, as required (about 10% - mostly near Bengaluru)

Candidate requirements:

- 10+ years of client partnership experience with a demonstrable background in sales/account management selling to Pharma / Med-devices companies

- Knowledge of at least one of the LS business functions - commercials, manufacturing, or R&D

- Graduation or PG in Computer Engineering, or similar technology

- Strong leadership and negotiation abilities.

- Ability to manage RFP/RFI process.

- Effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

- Comfortable working with agile practices and methodology.
