The Role :

- The company is looking for an experienced leader to manage large scale global client relationships. You will work with key clients for the delivery and overall success of the GCC. This will involve constant connect at client CEO/CXO level for strategic initiatives and to ensure delivery satisfaction for ongoing engagements. The goal is to ensure every program will be delivered successfully and add the highest possible value to the organization.

- The Client Partner directly interacts with stakeholders and client success leaders in helping to build digital transformation and a growth roadmap for customers. S/he will develop and assess account strategies, create business proposals for clients and implement programs to meet account revenue targets.

Key aspects of the role include :

- Understanding client needs and identify business opportunities.

- Provide strategy level insights to the client for innovation and value creation.

- Negotiate business contracts and costs with customers as needed.

- Develop business proposals and make product presentations for clients.

- Act as liaison between clients and management for business executions.

- Ensure contracts are fulfilled and the services and products are deployed

- Build positive and productive relationships with clients.

- Develop account strategies to meet monthly revenue target.

- Assess potential business risks and develop mitigation plans.

Your Profile :

- MBA or equivalent with 18+ years of experience

- Prior experience insetting up, managing and expanding a GCC Setup is highly preferred

- Robust experience in managing large client relationships at the global CXO level, for strategy & delivery.

- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods

- Outstanding knowledge of data analysis, reporting and budgeting

- An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities

- Excellent communication skills

- Conceptual knowledge of modern enterprise technology

- Hands-on with Microsoft Office and tools
