Operational (Direct Ownership) :
Targets - Delivery of mandates and achieving individual targets
- Meeting volume and value objectives (i.e. pre-decided targets between incumbent & reporting manager) within the agreed timeframe
- Planning, implementing & monitoring each mandate process
- Develop a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment
Candidate Management (Direct Ownership) :
- Managing all candidates effectively throughout the recruitment process
- Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question
- Manage candidate expectations and ensure timely and constructive feedback (interview feedback)
- Develop and maintain relationships and seek referrals of other candidate
Business Development (Direct Ownership) :
- Identifying new sectors/sub-sectors that can be explored
- Networking and relationship building to attract business from existing/ new client companies
- Meeting volume and value objectives (i.e. pre-decided targets between incumbent & reporting manager) within the agreed timeframe
Process Management & Sourcing (Direct Ownership) :
- Build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates at mid-senior level mandates
- Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client
- Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategy to source candidates meeting client profile and/or building talent pool for current and future requirements
- Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
