Location : Mumbai
Have done recruitment into healthcare, lifesciences, medical equipment, diagnostics,etc industries.
Key Accountabilities:
a. Client Management
- Manage key relationships with existing/new clients in timely, professional and responsive manner
- Conduct role briefing with client and set expectations of recruitment process
- Offering advice to both clients and candidates on talent pool availability, salaries and career progression
- Develop a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment
- Networking and relationship building to attract business from existing/ new client companies
b. Candidate Management
- Managing all candidates effectively throughout the recruitment process
- Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question
- Informing candidates about the results of the interviews
- Manage candidate expectations and ensure timely and constructive feedback
- Develop and maintain relationships and seek referrals of other candidate
c. Business Development
- Identifying new sectors/sub-sectors that can be explored
- Preparing Sales pitch/ Proposals
- Meeting clients and candidates
d. Process Management & Sourcing
- Build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates at mid-senior level mandates
- Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the clients
- Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategy to source candidates meeting client profile and/or building talent pool for current and future requirements
- Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
