Title : Client Manager - Technology Captives

Role: Manage high value clients in Technology Mid Senior/Leadership/Exec Hiring.

Job Profile :

1. Manage clients allotted and at the same time be able to deliver individual and team revenues.

2. Build client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates at mid-senior level mandates

3. Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the clients

4. Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategy to source candidates meeting client profile and/or building talent pool for current and future requirements

Competencies Required :

1. Ability to connect well with people at all levels in an organization

2. Should have min 3 years of experience working on Mid Senior/Leadership/Exec Level positions in Technology

3. Expertise in applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment processes

4. Good at head-hunting and networking, mining

Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate (preferably in Management Studies)

Experience : Minimum 8 - 13 years of experience in consulting firm

Location : Pref Bangalore Candidates.
