Client Management Role - Sales Support - Investment Bank

We have an urgent opening with an Investment Bank.

Asset Management experience is must.

- The role holder will be responsible to oversee the production and distribution of client reports and investment review meeting materials to support wholesale sales & client service team

- The role holder will be responsible for oversight of setting up and maintaining Client records in CRM and supporting bespoke client servicing requests and business acceptance processes

- The role holder will be responsible for overseeing the setup of Transfer Agent(TA) account and all the fund queries

- Assist the onshore team in completion legal arrangements i.e. Distribution Agreements / Rebates

- Said individual will play an active role in building up new processes and suggesting improvements and enhancements to existing ones

- Contribute to the efficiency of the Client Service team

- Contribute proactively to the overall sales process, growth strategy and client contact strategy

- Build strong relationships with Front office, Product and Marketing teams

. Experience in Client Relationship Management, client reporting, sales & service support operations for Distributors/Platform/Institutional clients
