Job Title : Client Insights (Analytics -Liability portfolio)

Department : Branch & Business Banking

Location : Mumbai - NOC

Reporting To : SVP : BBB

Position Purpose :

Solution and deliver marketing analytics offerings in the Liabilities portfolio (CASA & TD) and other available data-points as appropriate to derive cross sell/ up-sell opportunities, portfolio deepening, arresting attrition, enhancing product holding ratio and enabling acquisition.

Position Responsibilities :

Sr. Key Responsibilities ( the responsibilities expected from the incumbent to perform) :

- Direct the development and implementation of processes, tools, metrics, initiatives, infrastructure and technology that will support and improve the operations of the Marketing Analytics function

- Develop, Analyze & execute data ideas and initiatives designed to achieve business growth and loss mitigation goals

- Handle large complex data to create reports to monitor buying trends for Business and Branch Banking customers

- Understand business needs, diagnose performance issues and develop recommendation through combination of data analysis and business critical thinking.

- Presenting the data analysis and inference to the senior management. Must have capability to clearly communicate analyses.

- Coordinating with BSG / Ops/ Product Team with regards to sales process and product enhancements, cross sell & deep sell.

Qualifications and Experience Requirement :

Qualifications :

Essential Post Graduate /MBA / MSc (Statistics)

Experience :

Essential : 4 -5 years of experience in Data Analytics, business analyst or operations

- MBA Preferred. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business related field

- Relevant technology knowledge and skill

- Managed diverse stakeholders from various teams, and vendors in complex environments

- Excellent verbal and written communications & presentation skills

- Strong customer analytics background, with an understanding on how to collect and analyze data to; develop a strong understanding of customers and influence action with insights

Skills :

Skill Attribute :

- Team player, detail oriented, self-motivated individual Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, VBA

- Strong SQL programming skills, SaS, R, SPSS

- Liaise with BSG, Operations, Product user groups, internal IT team and external vendors.
