Client Executive - Aerospace

Position Summary :

Responsible for driving business transformation by leveraging the company's Platform, Industry Solution Experiences and Brand solutions, at assigned enterprise accounts, to increase company's penetration and revenue growth on a mid and long term basis. Deliver revenue plan by executing on an overall sales strategy involving company's extended team to ensure customer satisfaction in accordance with a committed Customer Value Roadmap. Lead Customer Executive relationship and global ecosystem to support enterprise business transformation.

Job Description :

- Develop & execute on sales Strategy & Vision on the scope of overall assigned account(s), in close collaboration with INDUSTRY, BRANDS and all actors involved on the accounts, to meet the given revenue plan for the year and for every quarter, for license sales, maintenance sales and services sales.

- Perform full sales engagements consistent with the LEVERAGE process to overachieve revenue plan.

- Own the definition and execution of the strategic account plan and drive opportunity management in line with company's sales process.

- Has existing connects and relationships with key customer personnel, preferably at C-level, and key influencers in the Aerospace industry.

- Desirable to have a working knowledge of the domain and processes of Aerospace industry.

- Lead the sales process efficiency, organize the negotiations and closing. Sales of PLM/CAD CAM/3D software to Aerospace organisations

- Build long term relationships with customer at C-level and business decision makers, animate Customer's Relationship & Network, manage overall customer satisfaction.

- Open doors and identify new opportunities for new business usages.

- Identify and engage appropriate company's internal resources and external ecosystem resources to deliver value to the customer; leverage external Partners (SI, Consultants) & Influencers at the Account.

- Communicate effectively in implementing account sales strategy.

- Forecast & report sales performance indicators towards targets.

- Involve company's teams and/or C&SI as appropriate to maintain a high-end consulting presence at customer and to create new growth opportunities.

- Provide an accurate forecast for Q, Q+1, Q+2 and FY creating the appropriate pipeline to reach business objectives.

- Manage negotiation with the customer by complying with all 3DS engagement processes government and local regulations, company's policies and ethical standards.

- Manage company's and Client ecosystems all along the customer experience to ensure global satisfaction.

Requirements :

Education : B Tech/BE degree, MBA preferred

- 8 - 12 years successful sales experience including a large part in Aerospace and/or Manufacturing industry

- At least 8+ years experience in selling solutions for large enterprise customers, worked with BEML, OFB, HAL extensively

- Proven experience in consultative selling & enterprise account management.

- Kannad proficiency preferred

- Candidates from CAD, CAM, PLM,3D software sales preferred who are well versed with A&D industry
