Position Title : Client Director BFSI
Introduction :
- The Client Executive will be responsible for the overall business relationship with the client by managing key relationships, value driven sales and client satisfaction.
- The role is the integrator in front of the customer and is responsible for identifying and prioritizing opportunities and developing solution strategies, planning and facilitating/conducting complex negotiations to achieve lasting agreements and commitments
Role :
- Client Executive is responsible for the total customer relationship and experience for a large high potential strategic client /account.
- Understands the client's organization and culture.
- Manages the total client relationship and Builds relationships with senior client Executives (Client C-Suite including CEO), earning a reputation as one of the client's trusted business advisors.
- Leverages solutions, client, industry, and marketplace knowledge to drive a growth strategy in the assigned strategic account.
- Demonstrate Bold & Consultative POV to bring differentiated business value by Leveraging strategic imperatives
- Understands and is able to translate into value for the client business strategies, offerings, technology, services and solutions portfolios.
- Develops and executes a relationship plan to address both IT and Line-of-Business organizations, leveraging other subject matter experts, executives, and thought-leaders as needed to provide value to the client.
- Demonstrates a high level of business acumen and applies a thorough understanding of the client's business, organization, strategy and financial position.
- Understands the client's strategic business objectives and business processes/metrics, including their organization, financial decision-making process
Responsibilities :
- Client Executive is expected to be proficient at planning and executing an effective relationship strategy and maintains effective long-term business relationships at the senior level with key decision makers and influencers, while shielding the client form internal complexity.
- He/she is responsible for the Client Growth Strategies on assigned account, executing an effective end to end account plan to reach or surpass targets .
- Maintains a thorough understanding of the client's industry, including industry trends, industry business processes, industry financial measurements and performance indicators, and key client competitors in their industry
- Leads the development of the overall account plan and has primary responsibility for identifying and prioritizing opportunities and developing client valued solutions involving multiple business units .
- Applies an understanding of the client's industry, including industry trends/dynamics, key performance indicators, industry financial measurements,
- Pipeline Generation also through preparing compelling business value proposition by presenting bold and disruptive ideas to position solutions and services with explicit financial & business benefit involving new age business apps and partners
Skills :
- Skilled in consultative selling, with a deep understanding of the client's needs
- Understands and navigates to identify, acquire and coordinate a team of critical resources needed to address client needs
- Integrates Organization in front of the customer providing one face, one strategy for the client.
- Understands business and brand strategies and how these translate into solutions which address client needs.
- Total Years of Experience 16 to 20 years of experience in Account Management/ Relationship management of large clients.
