- Pre sales & business development initiatives with clients across industry verticals towards achievement of agreed business targets.

- New business development.

- Managing entire sales process i.e. lead generation & prospecting, sales presentations, proposal submission, negotiations & closure to agreement sign up. Internal liaison to ensure delivery as per committed service level agreement.

- Post transition activities and review to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

- Marketing and PR initiatives through networking.

- Gather market intelligence and closely monitor competition.
