Job Responsibilities :
1. Bring in innovation :
- Launch new product line, be responsible for building and executing on new initiatives and roadmaps in the E-commerce enabler space
- Understand the market, customers and build business cases for new product opportunities
- Create the use-cases, user stories, and detailed product requirements that clearly articulate the functionality of the product that will be developed
- Develop competitive expertise to assist in outbound product positioning and inform internal development priorities.
2. Scale existing products :
- Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond
- Drive adoption for the features launched
- Conduct customer interviews, build insights for new feature releases
- Advocate cross sell and upsell
- Use data, creativity, and experimentation to constantly improve the product experience
3. Takes call on customisation requests from Enterprise customers :
- Meet regularly with key customer-facing teams to collect and analyze user feedback to shape new product ideas and user requirements.
- Identify opportunities for customisations to be launched as features
4. Stakeholder management :
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Documentation teams and lead your squad to deliver an amazing product and an exceptional user experience.
- Be the interface between the technical team and business teams
- Establish a strong team culture and the sprints for the project
- Lead the developers team throughout the entire project lifecycle: setting up responsibilities and tasks, creating stories, and reviewing deliverables
- Ensuring timelines are respected, Coordinating individual deliverables and managing interdependencies
- Hiring, mentoring team members and share learnings to push the overall benchmarks ever higher
Requirements :
- Have 4-6 years hands-on product experience working on building products or problem solving
- Hands-on Product Management experience and demonstrated success at leading Enterprise / B2B companies with experience taking at least one product from concept to market is a plus
- Excellent strategic thinking and prioritisation skills. Ability to make difficult trade-offs and create a long-term roadmap to achieve business goals.
- Strong organisational skills: prioritisation, effective time management, conflict resolution, risk identification, and mitigation.
- Industry experience and familiarity with UI design and best practices, APIs, general programming languages and concepts, including web and mobile application architectures and components, and platforms-as-a-service concepts
- Understand products and working of the E-commerce ecosystem in depth
- Have a good understanding of funnels, sprint & agile ways of working, PRDs & wireframes
- Are comfortable with ambiguity, believe in first principles and have the skill to transform broad ideas into action plans
- Have empathy towards users and colleagues, are creative and excited by ideating/ building
- Have business acumen to appreciate and understand levers for business growth and profitability

- Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
- Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree; preference for computer science or related degrees
