Inbound SDR (Sales Development Representative)
We are hiring highly motivated Inbound Sales Development Rep (SDR) to own conversion of inbound leads to sales demos. This is a high volume / high energy position and the candidate would get a great understanding of the e-commerce supply chain within a short period of time.
Responsibilities -
- Own the inbound leads from website coming through live chats, demo bookings and performance marketing
- Understand the requirements of the leads, discuss how ClickPost can fit into their business and generate qualified sales demos for Account executives (salespeople)
- Use automated tools and resources to engage leads as they progress through their buying journey
- Monitor the effectiveness of different lead channels
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a client facing role (prior experience of inbound sales would be a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly energetic and positive outlook
- Ability to understand client needs and evaluate product fitment
- Strong process-orientation
