We are looking for a highly energetic candidate to own Product Marketing at ClickPost, India's largest post purchase experience platform funded by Rebright partners, Times Internet and other marquee investors. It's a high responsibility, high growth role and we are looking for a candidate with 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Day-to-day responsibilities include -
- Define Product positioning - ICP, target pain-points, use-cases, and competitive advantage for existing and future products with inputs from product and sales teams
- Create compelling sales content (sales decks, case studies etc.) and help sales team create pitches for new products
- Work with designers and content writers to create compelling marketing content for website, whitepapers, guides etc.
- Support campaigns to promote products among existing and potential customers
- Define clear value proposition for different products and ensure that it's reflected in all sales and marketing content pieces
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in product marketing in a SaaS company (mix of product positioning, content creation & digital marketing)
- Experience of creating a great story around a product and then translating it into different formats of content - blogs, website, presentations, videos, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong inclination towards technology
- Great analytical skills
