Job Description Looking for a Business Analyst who shares our energy and mentality to join the team. You need to be a high impact engineer who can help build insights from the data and expose the same to internal teams and customers leading to clear actionable. You will be helping guide business in improving processes, products and services through data analysis.

You will be the data layer between technology and the business teams to help bridge the gap and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities:

- Write queries and pull out data from the system, build reporting and presentations deriving insights from the data

- Establish business metrics and indicators for success and build monitoring on top of that - Identify customer adoption on each of the features developed, measure KPIs associated with each release - Work closely with technology and business teams to identify business insights

- Leveraging data analytics to monitor and measure launched products and feed learnings back into the product development process - Along with analytics, spend time with users and conduct user research to understand product gaps and make improvements Requirements that we think will help fit the bill

- Stronghold on Data, Reporting and Presentation skills (SQL/ Google Analytics/ Excel). Ability to write small scripts in any scripting language to pull data will be a plus

- Comfortable working on BI tools (Metabase, Power BI, Tableau) and setting up one

- Ability to work in a fast pace environment - 1-3 years of experience (preferably in SAAS/ Supply Chain / E-commerce) with an Engineering background - Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
