Role &amp; Required skill-sets We are looking for a seasoned Partnership Manager who has a blend of managing a portfolio of partners and acquiring new long-term strategic relationships, esp in the banking space. He/She will be responsible for driving partnership charters to unlock growth opportunities that are incremental and impactful for Cleartrip. Partnership Manager will be part of the India Business team for Cleartrip business and will work under the leadership of the India Business Head. Job description - Become the Lead SPoC for Cleartrip with all the leading banks and select strategic partners - Build a strong relationship with all leading banks/partners in the Indian market for partnership opportunities - Conceptualize partnership opportunities for Cleartrip with the partners - Maximize efficiencies for the Cleartrip business - Program manage on-boarding of partners from lead generation to commercial negotiations, technical integration &amp; closing - Responsible for operational activities around periodic billing and account settlements with all partners - Responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly, yearly business targets. - Planning for the consistent growth in key business metrics in line with company objectives, as well as providing an accurate monthly forecast of opportunities. - Work with category, marketing, customer experience, product &amp; technology teams to plan &amp; execute the promotional activity. - Develop a feedback loop to ensure a constantly improving experience for partners. What are we looking for? - 3-4 years of business development and/or partnerships, preferably 1-2 years in the internet domain - Experience in the bank partnerships domain would be preferable - A consistent track record of achieving business objectives assigned - Strong analytical and excel skills - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey issues clearly, and concisely - Ability to handle multiple priorities and demands in a fast-paced dynamic environment. - Ability to travel on an as-needed basis Graduate with an MBA from an accredited university.
