Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate and track business performance against various financial and non financial parameters
- Prepare sales review presentations and competition analysis
- Support customer service operations/escalations
- Manage mark ups and fare rules for the market
- Price bench marking and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with the marketing team for airline promotional activities
- Creating competitive pricing strategy and price lists for the product line
- Define performance metrics, benchmarks and reporting requirements to satisfy business needs
- Streamline processes, increase efficiencies and reduce costs
- Identify and address gaps in content within the search results
- Managing group requests
Desired Candidate
- 6- 8 years- experience with an airline or OTA in a Business Development and/or Analytics role
- Advanced levels of computer literacy with extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Should be meticulous and is analytical in approach
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work with senior management stakeholders - internal and external
Salary offered: 10-15LPA
