CRM (Customer Retention and LTV) Lead would Plan and deliver CRM strategies to increase loyalty and retention. Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability. Segment customer databases and maintain lists of segmented customers. Responsible for end-to-end&nbsp;customer relationship management operations. He/She would work in generating and maximizing the wallet share of the&nbsp;existing customers of Cleartrip.&nbsp;They would be responsible to prioritize projects, their management, and execution through collaboration&nbsp;with various teams (marketing/product/sales). He/She would use data and analysis to develop and&nbsp;enhance the revenue from existing customers further. After performing research on customer demand,&nbsp;generating insights, he/she would develop strategies, offer constructs, and incentive programs for&nbsp;various cohorts to generate revenue from the existing customers and increase their Life Time Value&nbsp;(LTV). - Develop and drive the CRM strategy to increase the lifetime value of our existing customers - Create a roadmap for cross-sell, upsell, referrals and minimize refunds for all categories - Identify, acquire, and integrate new tools and technologies for marketing automation Define, report on, and optimize key metrics - Use data and testing to optimize and improve the content and targeting for all customer communications including email, SMS, app notifications, etc. - Work with key technologies and tools to help in planning, activation, and analysis. - Supervise key CRM partner agencies, manage the CRM department budget, proactively participate&nbsp;in key brand milestone meetings, and provide regular analysis and recaps. - Establish effective CRM processes that systemize 1-2-1 consumer engagement in a scalable model - Act as consumer Loyalty champion and change agent in the global CRM team to ensure that the&nbsp;consumer is at the heart of everything we do - Work closely with the revenue and performance marketing team to drive this bucket and deliver on the monthly/quarterly revenue from the existing customer base - Work with marketing and CRM team to come up with innovative ways to reach out to specific&nbsp;cohorts of our existing customers and maximize revenue&nbsp; - Define metrics and analyze data to measure engagement levels and performance. - Track and use the user feedback and data to improve product, communication & customer service. - Should be able to dive deeper into the sales funnel and implement tech, marketing, or any other&nbsp;initiative to achieve aggressive growth - Should be able to create a coherent plan for improving sales by defining incentive structures, offer constructs for specific cohorts of existing customers - Create a loyalty program and own its profitable growth Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in marketing/e-commerce with at least 4+ years of experience in CRM - Depth knowledge of CRM tools like MoEngage, Clevertap, WebEngage - Should have worked deeply with sales/marketing team preferably on user base growth plans - Good communication and strong analytical skills - Flexible, creative, and a self-starter who will roll up their sleeves and get the job done in a fast-paced&nbsp;environment - Able to manage a huge variety of data and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Ability to translate data into customer insights that help to create acquisition campaigns - Strong interpersonal skills and an outstanding team player
