Job Responsibilities:  This position provides business operations support to Chief Executive Officer & Chief Operating Officer of Company. Under minimal supervision, provides administrative and support services to them and ensures most efficient use of their time.  Getting this balance right requires an understanding of the business goals, the context for key decisions, and an appreciation for the CEO's work style and often-changing priorities. This position has access to and regularly works with information of the most sensitive, highly confidential, strategic and critical nature.  - Manage the CEO/COO's office - provide business support to enable them efficiently lead the business  - Tracks all the task forces and special projects running in the organization. Follows up with them on status update and timely closure of action items  - Coordinates review meetings with various business and functional teams at periodic intervals/event driven, publishes the meeting notes, follows up on action items and reports status  - Coordinating and collaborating with various stakeholders involved in organization level activities that the CEO/COO need to attend. This includes scheduling them, coordinating and assisting in preparing the content/presentation, communication to participants, liaisoning with functions for logistics and tracking follow -ups  - Organizing and managing various internal meetings and conferences with important stakeholders. The work would include preparing meeting agenda and presentations, taking notes and influencing team-members and tracking progress to drive to a desired outcome in time-bound manner  - Researches on industry trends, developments in the market place, collates reports, summarises industry publications and results and provides the CEO/COO with information  - Assisting the CEO/COO in managing various external relationships and representations at various national and international events, conferences, industry bodies and with the government. Successful candidate will need to take charge of the various loose ends, map out various relationships and build a calendar of events to take part in to ensure maximum impact for the company  Desired Skillsets & Experience:  - An MBA from a reputed school with 2-3 years of experience  - Start-up/entrepreneurial mindset with high degree of comfort with ambiguity. Need to be curious, internally motivated self-starter.  - Outstanding senior management communication skills. Need to have really strong oral, written and presentation skills including ability to communicate very complex ideas in simple ways  - Problem-solving: Ability to think through issues and come up with solutions in a fast frugal manner  - Outstanding inter-personal skills and empathy  - Project Management skills  - Good working knowledge of Microsoft office
