Role: Assistant Manager - Business Partner HR & Talent Acquisition

Reports to: Manager - HR

Location: Mumbai

About the role:

The ideal candidate is one who can is hands on in Talent Acquisition, can implement excellent sourcing techniques and effectively collaborate with Hiring Managers on all matters of hiring. And also, as a HR Business Partner align business objectives with employees and management.

The right person will thrive in a fast paced environment, loves solving people problems and can pivot quickly.

This role touches all aspects of Human Resources while directly partnering with the business. Components of the role include recruiting, implementing HR programs such as onboarding, performance reviews, employee relations and benefits, etc. The candidate will be responsible for evolving and delivering the core HR practices and contributing in cultivating a vibrant & high performance culture at Cleartrip.

Job Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

- Manage and execute the end to end recruitment cycle - sourcing, interviewing to offer management

- Source top talent for Cleartrip by planning & implementing an appropriate sourcing strategy

- Build & maintain a network of potential candidates

- Conduct in depth interviews with a keen eye for high potential talent

- Constantly improve upon existing programs & develop new ones around sourcing strategy, candidate experience, assessments to help raise the talent bar

- Design the onboarding & induction programs ensuring quick assimilation of new joinees

Business Partner - HR:

- Partner with internal customers to roll out all key people processes- performance management, compensation, benefits, employee engagement initiatives, development programs, on boarding, etc.

- Manage the performance management processes such that managers are coached to drive a high-performance culture

- Proactively identify people issues and trends within the business and work together with your key stakeholders in order to formulate and implement solutions

- Provide guidance and coaching to managers in all aspects of HR, help them drive effective career conversations & develop their teams

- Maintain strong employee relations to stay abreast of concerns and address grievances/ personnel issues

- Identify training needs for business units and coaching needs as well

Desired candidate:

- 5 to 6 years of prior experience in a BP-HR & Talent Acquisition role in a fast paced environment and possesses a business acumen

- Experience of working on full recruiting cycle & worked on a variety of roles & levels (from entry level to leadership positions), having worked on various sourcing channels, comfortable head hunting, if need be

- Demonstrated proficiency in partnering with key stakeholders in senior positions in the definition and execution of people initiatives focused on business priorities

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and be able to build relationships at all levels of the organization

- Superior project management skills and ability to drive programs independently

- Strong analytical thinking and ability to analyze trends and propose recommendations

- Excellent written and oral communication & interpersonal skills
