Salary offered: 6 - 8 LPA  Key Responsibilities :  - Contract Negotiations, Drafting and reviewing a host of agreements including marketing, technology, Master Service Agreements, IP Licensing, other commercial and technology related agreements  - Handling court cases and consumer matters, liaising with external counsels such as lawyers and auditors; drafting and reviewing of legal notices and litigation documents  - Providing strategic and practical legal advice to the business team of the company as and when required. Ability to break down the complex legal issues for the business and commercial teams to understand and take correct decisions.  Knowledge :  - Intellectual Property Laws including copyright/ trademark  - Handling of court matters and drafting written statements and petitions  Skills and Qualifications :  Experience / Skills (Preferred) :  4-5 years of relevant experience  Qualifications - Minimum:  - Degree in LLB - Law  - Personality Attributes / Traits :  - Aggressive in his/her approach  - Possess excellent communication skills  - Good analytical skills  - Proactive approach, ability to plan and work in an organized manner is most essential.
