Cleartrip.com - Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis

We are looking for financial analysts who can act as the bridge between finance and business - defining, developing and implementing systems, policies and reporting mechanisms to monitor and drive business decisions and performance.

Responsibility :

- Analyse financial status by comparing financial forecasts with actual results

- Continuously monitor financial and business KPI- s, highlight trends and analyse causes of unexpected variance; partner with business teams to improve results

- Build and manage financial models for forecasting, variance analysis and problem solving

- Facilitate regular business review meetings: present key insights and provide recommendations for decision making

- Suggest predictions for future based on current data trends

Skills and Experience :

- MBA (Finance) from reputed institute

- 6-10 years of experience in financial analysis

- Expertise in working with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching

- Ability to see through the data and analyse it to derive conclusions

- Proven track record of delivering projects in a timely manner

- Experience in presenting findings and insights to business leaders

Attention to Detail :

- Experience in Quarterly and Monthly Financial reporting, annual budgeting and forecasting process

- Experience in evaluating expenditure proposals

- Past experience in designing MIS to facilitate business performance reviewing is a must
