This role will be responsible for creating and leading the strategy, planning and execution of Cleartrip's meta partners with a view to increase revenue and grow meta channels. This role will oversee the development and execution of meta projects and campaigns, on-boarding of new meta partners, launching in new geographies, optimising of meta commission and revenue, payment structures and convenience fees to ensure revenue, profit and cost of sale targets are met. Key Activities: - Responsible for managing Cleartrip&#39;s meta efforts, including on-boarding and setting the overall strategic direction of our meta programs - Proactively forecast and report successes, inconsistencies, and underperformance of airlines and routes from meta partners and work with the business team to address these issues - Revenue and profitability reporting and leveraging data and analytics to optimise our commission structures, convenience fees and markups to maximise revenue and ensure sales targets are met/exceeded for Cleartrip. - Manage our meta agency relationship and manage communication with all internal stakeholders - Reporting and optimising of conversion rates at a channel, airline, partner and route level to ensure the best user experience - Benchmarking Cleartrip pricing compared to competitors and working with the business team to address inconsistencies - User testing to ensure that leads from meta partners have the best user experience - Ensuring that our meta-programs align with organisational goals and objectives as well as other marketing channels - Identify innovative partnerships & opportunities for Cleartrip to maximise new revenue streams
