ClearTax - Team Lead - Inside Sales

Founded in 2011, the business has achieved impressive scale with 1.5 million users, 20,000 businesses and 10,000 CA firms on the platform.

As an Inside sales lead at ClearTax, you will be responsible for driving sales through your team

- Responsible for team targets for selling ClearTax products -- in the market

- End-to-end management of the sales cycle, Managing team, managing escalations, Communicating with prospects if required, follow-up on sales leads, handling customer queries, selling the right product that meets customer requirement, - Preparing sales quotation and driving order closure

- Carry sales quotas and Meet team targets on our categories and products

- Generate prospects using online sources, databases, own or referral network, social media forums

- Carries direct responsibility of closing high-value deals with a healthy conversion (min 30% conversion on big ticket items)

- Manage post-sales customer engagement jointly with the Key Accounts Team

- Train and Mentor junior sales managers on Marketplace offerings
