Support Manager We are looking for a skilled Support Manager to offer product support to our most important clients. The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers through timely response and resolution of issues raised by customer. Responsibilities: - Be the primary point of contact for Key enterprise customers on any matter related to Support and possess understand of Cleartax products - Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal Support/Engineering/Product teams - Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust by working closely with L2 support - Respond to customer queries within SLA and ensure follow up with internal teams for updates to customer - Prepare regular reports of tickets and issues to internal and external stakeholders Requirements: - 0-2 years Proven experience as support manager - Experience in handling support for large enterprises - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels Qualification:- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Commerce &amp; business
