Position: Strategy Lead

The role involves defining the strategy for how ClearTax goes to market for its new initiatives. These include the CA services marketplace and GST (Goods and Services Tax). The position works closely with the CEO and senior management for providing strategic inputs across projects and thus will work as strategic advisor for project management and various deliverables.

- We are looking for an extremely ambitious person who wants to build a world class organisation from the grounds up.

- Developing the operational strategy, defining key initiatives and leading the program management.

- Ownership of P&L.

- Hiring people to operationalise the plan. Scaling up the operations.

- Bringing in cost efficiency as we scale.

- Work in a cross-functional environment, working across Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing teams.

- Setting up KPIs for various business streams, building cadence to monitor progress.
