Job Description : RESPONSIBILITIES : - Hands-on management and optimization of both paid owned media channels such as search, display social, content syndication - to build best-in-class performance marketing channels&nbsp; - Day-to-day campaign bid management and execution tactics across multiple platforms to exceed goals and maximise return on ad spend&nbsp; - Deliver against targets by collaborating with channel leads on key performance marketing channels : search, display, social, content syndication and display advertising programs&nbsp; - Work closely with the Marketing teams to develop and execute the digital marketing activities to drive inbound leads&nbsp; - Ensure all digital campaigns are delivered according to brief, on time and within budget&nbsp; - Deliver against targets by managing paid search, paid social and display advertising programs&nbsp; - Conduct A/B testing when necessary to improve campaign effectiveness&nbsp; - Ensure that digital campaigns and leads are properly tagged and tracked&nbsp; - Provide analysis, visibility and insights on regional digital advertising performance&nbsp; - Manage budgets in collaboration with the global digital team and local marketing leads&nbsp; - Support growth initiatives by creating and optimizing digital marketing campaigns&nbsp; - Manage digital testing and optimization initiatives within digital media channels&nbsp; - Manage the analytics tools used for measure performance&nbsp; - Manage and develop existing marketing staff in knowledge &amp; executions for digital platforms, assets and trends&nbsp; MUST HAVE THESE NINJA SKILLS : - Working knowledge of Facebook Ad Manager, Google Display Network, or other Paid Digital Marketing Channels - Good knowledge of the digital marketing landscape and key partners, vendors and platforms in the space&nbsp; - Passionate about the Fashion and Sharing Economy&nbsp; - Regional exposure and ability to lead a team&nbsp; - Action-oriented, and enjoys the challenges of a fast-paced, high-stakes environment - Strong analytical skills, must love working with data and technical setups, able to relate to&nbsp;qualitative aspects of work Key Skills : - Responsible for all digital strategy - Drives revenues - Traffic conversions - Retention &amp; Loyalty - Data platform and analytics - Owns customer journey and swim lanes for conversions - Discounts - Growth spurts - All content (SEO, SEM &amp; links) - Conversion metrics - Strong communication skills, works well in a team setting - Strong and critical thinker, problem solver - Strong willingness to learn and grow independently, has an owner/builder mentality - Strong entrepreneurial drive and be resourceful, with the ability to thrive in a fast paced,&nbsp;constantly changing environment - Adept in data visualisation using charts, graphs, and pivots Person should come from very strong marketing and IIT/IIM background.
