We were incubated in Y Combinator and are funded by Silicon Valley investors, including PayPal co-founders Peter Theil's Founders Fund, Max Levchin, and Scott Banister - an early investor in Facebook and Uber. We initially raised $15.5M with investors including Sequoia Capital and SAIF Partners. In October 2018, we raised $50M in series B funding from Composite Capital. We know where we want to be and are well-equipped with capital and a passionate team, to continue our growth and product journey.

Job Brief :

We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important large enterprises. The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers. Also, candidates will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company's solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (>1000Cr revenue) to ensure they do not turn to competition.

- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.

- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely Manner

- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

- Responsible for up-selling of current product and cross- selling of new products

- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

- Provide mentorship to entry level key account managers to groom them for next level role

Requirements :

- Prove experience as key account manager

- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

Qualification :

- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Commerce & business or MBA .

- Graduation/Post Graduation mandatory
