Budgeting, MIS &amp; Accounting: - Overall responsibility for Finance, Accounting and Commercial functions. - Setting up the accounting structure and formulating accounting policies. - Maintain and ensure an efficient and orderly accounting infrastructure to include a chart of accounts, filing system and a system of controls over accounting transactions - Oversee the operations of the Accounting Department - Be accountable for companys finances; Develop periodic financials forecasts, strategic planning, &amp; budgeting. - Provide a systematized reporting of financial data for comparative analysis to plans - Variance analysis of actuals vs forecast. Business Partnering: - Support and partner the business in defining client contracts including pricing decisions, new client P&amp;L - Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvement and lead the initiatives in the Region - Analysis of expenditure proposals including capex and marketing expenses - Review of BU expenses and control over the spend to keep full year spend - budget - Analyze receivables summary along with ageing. Audits &amp; Compliance: - Coordinating with internal &amp; statutory auditors for conducting audits; evaluating internal control systems to highlight shortcomings and implementing necessary recommendations, process and Systems. - Accountable for all Statutory Compliances for the Company, including FDI, Companies Act, Income Tax, Labour Laws, Shops &amp; Establishment, Professional Tax, etc., - Liaise with Tax Authorities and Government Bodies, External Consultants, for taxation issues pertaining to FDI, Service Tax, Income Tax and other taxation requirements. Commercial - Managing Commercial functions for companys business with all service providers. - Design and drive payment processes for partners, and customers in the most tax efficient way.
