What will you do?

- Act as a key liaison and a subject matter expert during client meetings alongside sales representatives, keenly identifying pain areas and challenges faced by potential clients.

- Utilize your expertise to develop and present tailored solutions that effectively address client pain points, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services.

- Maintain a comprehensive overview of all significant deals within your designated region. Ensure timely and effective follow-ups by collaborating with our team of sales representatives.

- Create data-backed Proof of Concepts that showcase the effectiveness and relevance of our solutions. Your ability to articulate the results in a clear and compelling manner will be crucial in gaining client confidence.

- Leverage data and case studies to enhance the credibility of proposed solutions and contribute to the development of compelling sales strategies.

- Collaborate with other departments such as customer success, managed services, product, finance etc. to enhance client acquisition efforts

- Provide guidance and coaching to the sales teams on GST compliances and other domain-specific knowledge. Equip them with the necessary insights to effectively pitch the unique selling propositions (USPs) of our products.

- Actively participate in internal and external events, including webinars and marketing events, to disseminate knowledge about our products. Contribute to spreading awareness and understanding of our solutions within the industry.

- Build a strong and extensive external network, raising your profile with key businesses and multipliers, including sector specialists' lawyers.

Role Requirements :

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with 4+ years of significant experience in Direct & Indirect Tax (IDT)

- Big 4 or Consultative Sales experience is preferable

- In-depth understanding of various types of integrations and ERP systems.

- Proficiency in navigating and utilizing tech products, ensuring a comprehensive grasp of our solutions.

- Ability to handle compliances and process gaps of the large corporates and critical thinker Fundamental knowledge of accounting basics, including familiarity with General Ledgers (GLs) and booking processes.

- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Solid understanding of the tax function, the tax compliance process, the tax technology landscape, and tax software products

- Your proficiency in articulating client pain points and demonstrating how our solutions effectively resolve these issues will see you succeed in this role. Your success will be accentuated if you possess a strong sales orientation and deep commitment to problem-solving. You should be able to have candid and direct communication about our product features and limitations of our offerings in front of our customers.
