ClearTax makes software that simplifies people's financial lives. Hundreds of thousands of Indians use our software over the web and mobile to e-File their I-T Returns.

ClearTax is funded by Y Combinator, the foremost silicon valley startup accelerator. We are the first India focused startup Y Combinator has funded. Our team consists of IIT, BITS, University of Mumbai and Harvard grads.

We're looking for someone extremely capable to manage our Corporate Alliances and Partnerships. You're comfortable dealing with CEO's and SVP's of India's largest Banks and Companies.

As Head of Strategic Alliances, you will be responsible for:

- Recruiting high quality people for the Partnerships teams for an extremely ambitious Sales targets

- Experience in initiating and closing discussions for Alliances and Partnerships at large banks and companies.

- Measuring performance and results from our Partnerships and Alliances

- Building long term partnerships with the largest companies and financial institutions in India.

Requirements:

- Demonstrated highest level of integrity, intellectual honesty, and strong work ethic.

- Sharp, analytical, and thoughtful. Has sound judgment and ability to be right a lot. Thoroughly thinks through problems to come up with solutions. Applies fair and consistent criteria. Gathers the right input/data. Uses intuition. Is decisive. Makes good decisions when analysis of data is not sufficient to reach a conclusion.

- Proven ability to successfully thrive in an ambiguous environment and changing market conditions.

- Simplifier but at the same time things big, takes smart risks, is innovative and can think out of the box. Develops original ideas, approaches, and solutions to typical, unusual, or difficult situations or problems.

- Takes initiative. Doesn't wait to be asked. Plans efficiently while avoiding analysis paralysis.

- Consistent effort, intense commitment, and willingness to go above and beyond when needed.

- Strong team player, acts like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards.
