ClearTax - Head - Sales

ClearTax (www.cleartax.in) is India's largest and fastest growing Tax Website.

ClearTax makes software that simplifies people's financial lives. Hundreds of thousands of Indians use our software over the web and mobile to e-File their I-T Returns.

ClearTax is funded by Y Combinator, the foremost silicon valley startup accelerator. We are the first India focused startup Y Combinator has funded. Our team consists of IIT, BITS, University of Mumbai and Harvard grads.

We're looking for someone extremely capable to build and head our sales efforts. You're comfortable with chaos and are great with people.

As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for:

- Recruiting high quality sales teams for an extremely ambitious sales target

- Setting up and managing the Inside sales and Direct sales operations

- Defining targets and incentives for sales people and the sales team.

- Measuring performance, ensuring that the teams hit the targets

- The team you lead will meet and call clients, pitch our services, close sales and take care of account management.

- Building long term partnerships with the largest companies and financial institutions in India.

Requirements:

- 4 to 10 years of experience in building and managing a large sales team.

- You've built and deployed sales teams from scratch.

- You're familiar with how digital /online products are sold.

- You've used sales and marketing automation tools before.
