ClearTax - Business Head

ClearTax (www.cleartax.in) is India's largest and fastest growing Tax Website.

ClearTax makes software that simplifies people's financial lives. We have three product lines that are the largest consumer tax filing website in India, the largest cloud based software for CA Firms and the largest cloud based e-TDS Return Filing and Form-16 Generation software.

ClearTax is funded by Y Combinator, the foremost silicon valley startup accelerator. We are the first India focused startup Y Combinator has funded. Our team consists of IIT, BITS, University of Mumbai and Harvard grads.

As a Business Head, you will be responsible for:

- Product Revenue

- Shaping the direction of the product

- Recruiting high quality teams for distribution, engineering and design

Requirements:

- 6+ years of experience in building and managing a large sales team.

- You've seen the 0 to 1 journey of a product line / business

- You're very good with distribution - both online and offline

- You've worked / working at a startup
