Job Description :

- Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning

- Analyze, validate and specify the customer requirements

- Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making

- Work with the existing commercial orgs (consumer, SME and Enterprise) to distribute loans through ClearTax

- Manage our lending programs/ associations with our external partners and work closely with internal teams on execution (loan distribution)

- Conduct and analyze market research to evaluate and identify new opportunities

- Provide reporting and analytical support wherever required

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Analytical thinking and problem solving

- Must be proficient in Microsoft office/Excel/Google Sheets

- Willing to learn and work in a startup

- Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment under pressure

- Strong interpersonal, written, and communication skills
