About the role We are looking for a Category Lead/Associate Director to help lead a few charters in managing the large enterprises category of our company. The category team at Cleartax is responsible for P&amp;L Assurance, GTM execution (including pricing), Managing Sales Ops, Managing key account managers, Driving retention initiatives, Managing relationships with system integrators and other vendors, etc. Responsibilities of this role : - Responsible for putting in place effective GTM enablers to significantly scale-up B2B sales with large enterprises in India - Put continual focus to create a large qualified funnel - Working with the product, strategy and marketing on the right campaigns on a daily basis (to scale-up the number of MQLs) - ensure that these campaigns are timely and effective and the leads flow into the sales funnel - Depending on the GTM model, this may include setting up and running a lead activation team across each of the regional sales teams - Dedicated focus on running programs to improve win-rates on the qualified funnel - Create and run a best-in-class pre-sales team that is able to provide the front-end sales teams with the best pitch possible to large enterprises - Get embedded into a few ultra-large deals, and program manage them and improve win-rates (help do the internal orchestration) Mandatory: - Minimum 5-10 years experience in the B2B tech/e-commerce space as a vendor/category manager/sales ops or similar role of which at least 4-6 years leadership experience managing teams - Full time post graduate in management from tier-1 college program (IIMs/ISB/XLRI/MDI/FMS/SP Jain) - Strong sales &amp; marketing bent of mind and technical and consumer understanding - Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and fast paced high growth environment
