Associate Product Manager - B2B SaaS Product

ClearQuote makes vehicle inspections simple, efficient and transparent using images and computer vision.

We work with automotive companies, dealerships, fleet and mobility providers, motor insurance companies to instantly assess damages on a vehicle using images/videos and our proprietary computer vision models.

We are an early-stage start-up (incubated by Avis Budget Group), largely bootstrapped, with a remote development team. We are generating revenues with customers in India, Australia, Middle East and Europe. Our clients include Maruti Suzuki (India's largest OEM), NextFleet (Mitsubishi owned fleet management company), Bajaj Allianz (one of the largest private motor insurers in India) and Twinner Germany (the most sophisticated car scanner in Europe).

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our team, with relevant knowledge and experience with enterprise /B2B products to take ownership of and lead development of requirements and roadmap for specific modules / product extensions / new products in our portfolio. Hands-on work from creating product requirements, gathering feedback from customers, coordinating with internal team members (design, development, QA etc.) would be required.

Role location is flexible / remote.

Responsibilities :

Execution :

- Develop Product Requirements Documentation, feature lists, prioritize features for development, work with UX/UI designer to implement requirements into wireframes, mockups, final designs

- Work closely with engineering team to plan development of prioritized list of features, support sprint planning,

- Work with QA team to ensure product requirements are understood and testing plans are developed. Ensure product releases are tested comprehensively by QA team and also support product testing

- Support creation of user training materials and strategy

- Support in keeping business development and customer success teams abreast of new product releases and features

- Deep dive into product metrics and usage data to understand problems and develop solutions to address them

Planning :

- Develop an understanding of specific customer segments, business problems, industry requirements, competitor product landscape

- Develop product metrics, roadmap and key differentiators

Requirements :

- 2-3 years of product management experience (B2B SaaS preferred)

- Keen interest in the automotive domain (experience in aftersales, digitization, motor insurance, mobility space would be a bonus)

- Attention to detail and design sense (UX and UI), eye for improving user experience in digital solutions

- Good communication, presentation skills - ability to simplify and present complex concepts in an easily understandable manner

- Customer focused

- Extremely organized in your work

- Diligent and able to take ownership and drive initiatives

- Hands-on Experience with Mixpanel / Google Analytics / or similar tools would be a bonus

- Prior experience as a developer or designer would be a bonus
