Position Summary:

- Coordinate all the business requirements gathering, documentation, and maintenance activities.

- Utilize domain expertise to help teams with requirement analysis and development.

- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review, sprint retrospective, and backlog grooming. Protect the development team from outside distractions, impediments, or team conflicts, and maintain focus on the product backlog and project timeline.

- Work closely with the product owner to prioritize backlog and ensure continuous delivery of features.

- Strong expertise in technical project management.

- Educate and reinforce scrum methodology and agile framework to team members and key stakeholders.

- Track and manage product backlog, burndown metrics, velocity, and task breakdown

- Use agile tracking systems to provide transparency on product and sprint backlogs.

- Involved in SOS and PO meetings.

- Ensure timely handoff of technical requirements to development and testing teams to meet the project milestones.
