Senior Copywriter

Job Functions RESPONSIBILITY:
- Conceptualize and execute (hands-on) creative work.
- Drive marketing collateral, create business-driven problem-solving content stories/campaigns.
- Closely work with the Creative team and Design team for creative solutions.
- Write high-engagement social media content that reflects our brand's voice
- Collaborate with Marketing, PR and Customer Experience to develop a variety of content marketing materials
- Produce error-free content that adheres to the company's style guidelines
- Interpret creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive copy concepts
- Simultaneously manage multiple projects with short deadlines
- Propose copy concepts and present underlying strategic thinking to business leaders
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
- Conceptualize and execute (hands-on) creative copywriting.
- Drive marketing collateral, create business-driven problem-solving content stories/campaigns.
- Closely work with the Design team for creative solutions.
- Research, assist and present new ideas for a variety of creative marketing campaigns.
- Ability to formulate briefs, ideate and help the team come up with unique ideas
- Must understand consumer journey and simulate relevant outcomes
- Proactively facilitate A/B testing to help improve quality and CTR of creatives
- Act as an active contributor to brainstorming discussions.
- Must have ability to ideate and be able to contribute to various creative wireframes
- Work towards doing things differently with available guidance for various brands & themes
- Must evolve campaign ideas, work with external agencies, freelancers, internal teams
- Take complete ownership of the team & projects assigned
- Experience in producing copy for digital, print and broadcast channels
- Experience with advertising agency, digital agency or internal corporate agency.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with advertising agency, digital agency or internal corporate agency.
- Relevant professional experience driving compelling brand creative strategy and execution.
- Managing members of creative teams, helping them bring concepts to life, iterating and refining
- Bachelor/PG degree or equivalent experience in marketing or communications
- Demonstrated success in managing a business social media presence
- Experience in producing copy for digital, print and broadcast channels
