Training Managers are responsible for driving the training and development of new and existing sales employees across pan-India on product knowledge, soft skills and selling and negotiation skills.
Key Roles :
- To conduct classroom and on the job training for existing and new hire sales staff for the organization and its dealer partners, every month, on Functional & Systems skills and related sales training.
- To co-ordinate with various business heads on the timely & effective on the Job Learning and Certification of new hire staff.
- Participate in the periodic training needs analysis for existing Staff (as required) followed by the design/development and rollout of related solutions.
- Assist in the refinement all Courseware/Training material for the skilling requirements of existing and new-hire employees (entry level staff & first level supervisors.
This would include :
- Classroom Training: PowerPoint presentations / Videos / Role Plays, Practical Training, Trainee Handouts (pre-course and in-course), Assessment Tests
- Online Training: Online training modules for refresher training.
- On The Job Learning: develop course ware/training materials to drive On The Job Learning of new employees.
This would include Job Aids as well as Self Learning Guides :
- Ensuring the Training Manuals, SOP's, assessment exams are updated
- Ensure effective management of all required training logistics, materials & records
- Travel to outstation locations for training interventions (as required) - ~12-15 days a month
