- To source exchange business by doing tie-ups with various OEM's and New Car Dealerships

- Ensure adequate manpower planning & hiring in order to ensure smooth operations

- Ensure that the Quote generation process is executed seamlessly and strive for operational excellence

- Develop a well-crafted and coordinated Service Recovery process so as to build confidence & reliability in the minds of the clients

- Maintain healthy relationship with all clients

- Consistently analyse client needs and provide best-fit solution, timely.

- Develop a field-centric approach and regularly meet client through physical visitations

- Ensure that the internal team is keep highly motivated at all times.

- Ensure all operational, financial and organisational targets are met on consistent basis

- Exhibit highest levels of integrity, business ethics and ethos while conducting business
