ClayWorks centres provide a sustainable and one-of-a-kind experience for professionals looking for an exceptional workspace. Role Description As a Senior Manager Operations, for our coworking/managed office spaces company, youll contribute to the creation of facilities service delivery standards.

- Youll also work on the planning, implementation, and review of center-specific processes and protocols. Teamwork should also be one of your strongest points, as youll work with a team to create and ensure that all SOPs set out in the operational manual are being followed religiously.

- This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen understanding of the commercial real estate industry, a proven track record in who is an effective leader, with excellent management and organization skills, along with good negotiation and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities:

- Facilities & Vendor Management: Oversee the maintenance and functionality of office facilities. Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and upgrades. Coordinate and negotiate with vendors to finalize the best quality and rates in the market with timely quality checks.

- Space Planning: Collaborate with the design and layout team for efficient space utilization. Manage office configurations and adjustments based on tenant needs.

- Tenant Relations & Lease Management: Act as a primary point of contact for tenant concerns and inquiries. Contribute to the strategic planning for business expansion. Facilitate communication between tenants and relevant departments. Monitor lease agreements and ensure compliance. Negotiate and renew leases with existing tenants.

- Operational Efficiency: Implement and optimize operational processes for efficiency. Identify areas for improvement and cost-saving measures.

- Security and Safety: Develop and enforce security protocols. Implement safety measures and emergency procedures.

- Technology Integration: Oversee the integration and maintenance of technology systems. Ensure seamless connectivity and functionality of IT infrastructure.

- Budget Management: Develop and manage the annual operating budget. Monitor expenses and identify areas for cost control.

- Team Leadership: Manage and lead the operations team. Provide guidance, training, and support to team members. Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate events within the co-working space. Collaborate with tenants for community-building initiatives.

- Reporting: Generate regular reports on key performance indicators. Provide insights and recommendations to the management for improvement

Qualifications:

- Experience in leading and managing project teams, including on-site team management.

- Graduate or Postgraduate with at least 5 years of experience in Operations & Facilities Administration in Hotels or Offices or equivalent.

- 5+ years of relevant experience in Commercial Real Estate This role requires a proactive and results oriented individual who can drive revenue growth through strategic efforts.
