Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a AVP - Projects located in Bengaluru. The role meticulously evaluates design proposals for feasibility, considering constraints in design, time, and cost factors.

- Scrutinizing plans and drawings, Ensure precision in calculations and enforce compliance with approved material specifications. Efficiently developing and monitoring project schedules, Organize site facilities to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

- Design and Manage Projects and Project Deliverables, and the Delivery Team, their performance in terms of delegated responsibilities, including on-site Team Management.

- Manage project budgets, monitor and control changes/variations and ensure assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting client requirements, business objectives and design guidelines.

- Management of Project Schedule from the design to the implementation and completion.

- Establishment of overall project budget and budget control, including cost control.

- Chair all meetings with stakeholders, design team, consultants & vendors. Coordinating with all teams

for site execution - Architects/ Interior Designers/ MEP consultants / vendors / client PMC's etc.

- Coordinate and foster teamwork between all project stakeholders and ensure that project managers work cooperatively with the appropriate Client SMEs and keep them up to date on project status throughout the process.

Qualifications:

- A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture.

- Minimum 6 years of Experience.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to address challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.

- Experience in leading and managing project teams, including on-site team management.
