Job Title : Director - Real Estate Funding

- STRICTLY FOR CANDIDATES BASED WITH REAL ESTATE - PE/HNI FUNDING EXPERIENCE.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors in commerce or MBA

- A Solution seeking mindset & clarity of communication

- Good understanding of Real estate Deal structures for HNI and PE Investments

Experience : A minimum, 7 yrs of Real estate funding experience, with Prominent Banks, Real estate PE funds or RE Consulting firms.

- Expertise in originating full spectrum of Real Estate funding transactions

- Expertise in creating Project report, Pitch book for client funding requirements

- Excellent Lender Network of Bankers, Debt/Eq funds, HNI's and Institutions.

Job role :

- Originate Real estate funding deals across: Project financing, Construction funding, Inventory funding, Stressed project funding, LAP and LRD cases.

- Thorough understanding for Deal structures and Investment models for RE Industry

- Execute the fundraising process with apt Due diligence and relevant Lender onboarding

- Initiate Brand building and Marketing activities to develop the IB function.

Remuneration : INR 30 lakhs/Annum (Fixed & Variable component)

- Plus Leadership role and Profit share for the Right candidate, who displays Commitment, Capability and Moral standards.
