We are looking for an experienced Finance Professional to lead the entire function of Accounts Receivable's (AR) for the company. The AR Function is one of the most critical function of the Finance and the AR Lead is expected to make robust automated process ranging from entire Record to Receivable cycle along with other related responsibilities. Roles And Responsibilities: - To ensure timely and accurate Invoicing of all the business verticals of the company including but not limited to SaaS, Marketplace & others. - Maintain a robust internal control mechanism on the collections and ageing controls. - Handling multiple Payment gateways collection and commission. - To ensure proper and daily reconciliation of Nodal Accounts for Marketplace Vertical. - To ensure timely and accurate settlement of Tutors for Marketplace Vertical. - Responsible for daily accounting of all the aspects of AR Functions. - To ensure timely reconciliation and application of receipts in the accounting systems. - Responsible for related Statutory compliances in terms of Taxation & Others areas. - Maintain complete control of different aspects of the AR Function. - Prepare and publish timely monthly AR related financial statements - Support month-end and year-end close process - Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting - Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls - Additional duties as necessary You Should Be: - Finance Professional with 10+ years of experience in the field of Accounts Receivable's. - Preferable 5+ years- Experience in e-commerce/Start-up - Hands on experience in the above-mentioned Roles & Responsibilities with thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures. - Excellent accounting software user and MS-Office. - Stakeholders Management is an expected trait
