Designation: Legal Head

We are looking for an experienced Legal Professional to lead the Legal Function for the company. The legal head is expected to safeguard the interests of the organization through all legal means and provide the necessary counsel in matters of Contract Management, Funds Raise process, M&A deals, and compliances.

What you'll do :

- Developing and leading corporate legal strategy to promote and protect the company's matters

- Devising contracts with different Business partners and being responsible for the entire contract management life-cycle.

- Preserving the company's IP assets such as trademarks, copyrights, patents, brand names (registrations and renewals), etc

- Responsible for all the legal documentation during the fundraiser and ensure smooth closure of the Legal due diligence process.

- Leading & closing all the legal matters, diligence, and documentation during Acquisitions Deals.

- Coordinating with the management for consultation and strategic direction with compliance related to contractual, legal, and regulatory obligations.

- Looking after information and privacy compliance across the national/ international areas where the business exists.

- Accountable for overseeing all legal proceedings and litigations

- Ensure 100% compliance in the matters of company secretarial as per the Companies Act and also other legal regulatory framework.

You should apply if you:

- Are an expert: Have 8-12 years of proven experience in legal with a Law degree from Top Law School.

- Preferable Blend: 4-5 Years in a Top-Tier Law Firm and 4-5 Years as Legal Function Lead in E-Commerce/Start-up. Stakeholder management is an expected trait.

- Have these X-factors: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
