As an L&D Leader, you will: - Identify critical roles and bulk hiring roles in the org and making a career progression framework for them. - Create a Cultural Playbook and driving the Cultural Playbook session series for the entire organisation. - Create a new onboarding plan for new joinees. - Launch a Training and Development Program for First Time Managers. - Launch a Leadership Program for L2 leadership and create a on the job special assignments for chosen few. - Involved in identifying key competencies for each role across the organisation. - Driving the documentation of key learnings/contextual learning across the org wrt new initiatives -successes and failures. Documenting all business pilots. - Measure the success of each intervention. As an HR Business Partner: - Consult with leaders to create a comprehensive people plan to influence lasting change in the business. - Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue. Design and quickly implement simplified solutions. - Work with other People Office functions to create useful propositions for your business in the following areas: talent acquisition, performance management, data analysis, talent engagement, learning & development, recognition programs and rewards. - Use and request data strategically - identify and surface trends in both qualitative and quantitative data to help improve organizational health and take informed decisions regarding succession planning and career growth. - Devise deep connects and understanding of people in the business to maintain a healthy pool of talent and succession for all critical roles.
