Key responsibilities : - Act as an in-house Business Consultant to your customer base ie actively advising on Marketing/Content/Pricing strategies for revenue growth - Understand the consumer inside-out, build data-driven insights, and translate them into lucrative business opportunities for our customers - Responsible for meeting the top-line & bottom-line objectives for your category/customer base - Actively work with the Marketing team to initiate campaigns followed by a regular tracking on their effectiveness - Build business cases and communicate data-driven learnings & insights to your target audiences - Plan and implement growth hacks/programs within cohorts and proactively monitor progress, resolve issues and initiate appropriate corrective measures - Lead a Team of Key Account Managers and help educators rise to the next level Desired Skill Set : - 4-8 years of Category/Growth Management Experience in Edtech industry is a big advantage - A startup culture fit.
