As a Business Analyst, you will : - Provide visibility and insights on the performance of a particular business vertical - Provide in-depth analysis of problem statements fundamental to our growth - Synthesize data to provide actionable insights to the leadership/product/sales teams to influence strategy and growth - Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions - Develop, implement, and automate processes to collect and manage user data from multiple sources - Partner with Design, Engineering, and Sales to scope features that solve business problems Desired Skill Set : - You have a problem-oriented focus (rather than solution-driven), with a strong passion for statistics/analytics - You have strong hands-on knowledge & experience in Excel, SQL, Python - Knowledge of dashboarding or any additional BI and Visualization tools is highly desirable - Bias for Action is another desirable trait
