This is not a routine - 9 to 6 job- but a high intensity, - always on- job. Needless to say, the learning would be accelerated.

We are looking for someone creative, entrepreneurial, missions and results driven. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, strong verbal and written communication skills, and excellent at prioritization.

Organizational skills and ability to work autonomously is mandatory. The position comes with the responsibility of getting things done and the authority to take decisions on important issues, prioritize tasks, create internal teams etc. You may spend part of your time filling in gaps in the company, such as working on partnerships (until a BD team is setup), or working on executive recruiting when there are high-priority hiring needs etc. The role favours a bias for action.

The role is all-encompassing - work with the founders on growth strategy and execute it, setting and monitoring product KPI's, interact with external partners, work on PR strategy etc think through and execute a marketing campaign, identify areas of weakness in the organization and prioritize keeping in mind business goals.

Role/Responsibilities:

- Assist the Founder/CEO in helping identify the projects and initiatives that need to be driven across the organisation

- Ideate and coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives. Track and measure the effectiveness of the programs being driven

- You will likely do things like communications, recruiting, marketing, and even board preparations

- Participate in management meetings, investor meeting

- Ensure all staff issues are addressed properly, efficiently and judiciously, and keep track of progress until resolved

- Project manage high-impact cross-functional projects in collaboration with senior management

Qualifiers for the role:

- Bachelors (and optionally an MBA) from a premier school in India or abroad

- 3+ years of executive level experience

- Prior experience of working in a consulting firm (McK, Bain, BCG) or FMCG company (Unilever, P&G) or a growth stage startup is an added advantage.

- Ability to ideate and think through the initiatives based on the need of the company

- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external partners.

- Work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.

- Superior organizational skills and great follow through on tasks.
