Our client, a D2C personal care brand, is hiring for a Claims manager. Looking for folks who have worked in BPC Claims for a minimum of 2-3 years in a large FMCG Brand or a top D2C Brand. It is an alternate Saturdays working opportunity.
Expertise In:
- Take full ownership of making the most strong, robust, defendable claims on - Pack, Print, Electronic media.
- Claims management- design, execute (through external agencies), substantiate, defend.
- Consumer behaviour - draw matrix for behaviour and design the language accordingly.
- Data Analysis - experience in handling research data and interpreting conclusions.
- Consumer Insight - Well adept in decoding the need gap of consumer and fulfilling by calling it out through liaison with product innovation team.
- Claim studies - strong vendor relations & negotiation skills with research labs & market research agencies to conduct product efficacy studies and consumer marketing claims.
- Concept test - an expert in initiating and executing assessment with the chosen cohort within the organization to see directionally if the product idea is clicking with the TG.
- Benchmarking - A pro in competitive intelligence and right benchmarking to have a clear approach on how to land at par OR superiority claims.
- Trend spotting expert that will spearhead organizations business unit start plans.
- Claims Challenge - experienced and well versed with the norms of handling challenges from competition, consumer forums, ASCI.
- Prepare the claims support documents efficiently to win every challenge alongside the legal team.
- An eye to detail for sharp observation on exaggerated, misleading, over arched, not supported claims made by competition and write back to ASCI on same.
- A strong interpersonal skill to work seamlessly with cross functional team- Marketing, R&D, Legal.
