Today, it is one of Asia's largest specialized Sustainability firms.  Position deliverables :   The role envisages the following activities :  - Oversee the accounting function and ensure the information is up-to-date  - Analyze accounting data and produce financial statements on the monthly and quarterly basis for management reviews.  - Meticulous documentation of invoicing, collections and contracts.  - Timely filing of statutory dues and taxes  - Keep a track of cash flow positions to meet ongoing requirements  - Coordinate and complete annual audits and provide recommendations to improve systems and procedures.  - Initiate corrective actions to ensure compliance and accuracy.  - Creating budgets  - Regulatory compliance including timely regulatory reporting to RBI, reporting, and compliance for Registrar of Companies and other statutory authorities  - Setting up appropriate internal controls and an arms-length and transfer pricing mechanism (cKinetics has a US subsidiary)  About you :  - You are looking to join a growth firm and be part of a dynamic environment  - You are a proactive and independent person  - Exceptional ethics  You must have :  - A CA/ CS/ MCom with 6-8 years as the accounting manager or finance manager.  - Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software (Tally)  - Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations  - Attention to detail and accuracy  - Ability to direct and supervise  - Knowledge of taxation  - Familiarity with foreign exchange  - Aptitude for understanding regulatory guidelines, laws and taxation  - It would be nice if you had:  - Experience with handling accounts for an NBFC  - Experience with filings and book-keeping for firms in the US  If you are interested, please INCLUDE a cover note on why you fit the profile, along with your resume when you apply.
